Spent Sunday sauce-making and this ritual definitely marks end of summer for us. Operation was scaled up to 50lbs of tomatoes this year. Some friends wanted to join the effort/ reap the rewards. Will send pics soon. Summer's last tomatoes make the best sauce. :o)
